Through engaging videos filmed in real classrooms, these techniques are demonstrated in a practical way, so you can apply them directly in your teaching. The course is based on the successful approaches from Doug Lemov's bestseller "Teach Like a Champion".
You will learn how to create a positive learning environment through efficient classroom management, clear lesson structures, and targeted student engagement. The methods are easy to understand, intuitive, and have been successfully used by hundreds of thousands of teachers around the world. Whether you are at the beginning of your teaching career or looking to further develop your practice, this course provides you with the tools to optimally support your students and take your teaching to the next level.
The course was developed based on research findings that studied the teaching techniques of successful educators in highly effective schools in London. It is the result of a close collaboration between the Kirchliche Pädagogische Hochschule Wien/Krems, Teach for Austria, and the Modulare Mittelstufe Aspern, which won the 2023 Austrian State Prize for Innovative Schools. This scientifically grounded and practice-oriented course can sustainably improve your teaching.
